I loved the jaccuzi and how clean it was throughout the inside and ac was spot on.

The address not matching to where the villa actually is and then on my aiport transfer finding this out and then i couldnt get threw to them threw messages for a long while its truely lucky thqt i had such a great driver he was able to contact the owners and get me to the villa safely, then after that realizing no taxi stops by the villa i have to walk over 10 minutes to the nearest place for a taxi to pick me up was a right headache, also what kind of ticked me off was that the check out time could not be changed and i had to leave at 10am being told this by the cleaner/cook after she made breakfast at 9:30 and no1 from booking.com messinging surver from the accomodation wanted to reply to me except to tell me about if i needed any help with anything they basicly couldnt help me and to pay money over to the to the cleaner/cook I am unhappy with the false information in the address that had lasting knock on effects and im unhappy with how the owners dont realy reply when you have an issue then want to patronise me with asking if you need any help and telling me no they wont help and i am unhappy with the imposition of the 1 lady cleaner/cook that was not there to great me on my arrival but on our first meet was verry off putting and didnt make me feel comfortable and was talking about me in arabic to other people on the phone which made me feel like if i want to try to puah past this and enjoy my stay ill pay her something and make sure its a decent amount so i know she will be okay with me and be comfortable that i will be safe hear.
