Barefoot and Salty offers a relaxed, recently remodeled coastal retreat designed with comfort and connection in mind. With 3 bedrooms (king suite, queen room, and bunk room) and 2 bathrooms, this home comfortably sleeps 8 and is perfect for smaller groups within your party. Tequila Tides brings a newer, elevated beach house experience with thoughtful design and standout amenities. Built in 2023, this home features its own private pool, poolside bar with TV, outdoor dining space, and a complimentary golf cart for easy cruising around town. Inside, the open layout keeps everyone connected, while multiple bedrooms across two levels provide flexibility and privacy. With 4 bedrooms (including two king suites, a queen room, and a bunk room) plus a sleeper sofa, this home sleeps up to 12 and offers plenty of space to unwind after a day in the sun. Together, these homes create a seamless group experience—double the pools, double the outdoor spaces, and all the charm of Port A right at your fingertips. (Barefoot & Salty) - Pool heat is available for $50/day but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September). (Tequila Tides) - The pool temperature is not guaranteed. The pool temperature may vary depending on the weather and outside air temperature. (Barefoot & Salty) - This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. (Barefoot & Salty) - Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay. (Barefoot & Salty and Tequila Tides) - Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island. (Barefoot & Salty and Tequila Tides) - Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks. (Barefoot & Salty and Tequila Tides) - Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit. (Barefoot & Salty and Tequila Tides) - Guests must be 21 years or older to book this home. (Barefoot & Salty and Tequila Tides) Parking Details: - Parking is available for 3 vehicles. (Barefoot & Salty) - Boat parking is NOT allowed. (Barefoot & Salty and Tequila Tides) - 3-4 parking spots available, including space for one golf cart. (Tequila Tides) - **Extra cars will be towed.** (Tequila Tides) This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
