It’s clean and small but it truly feels like a home.There is everything you need here, and even more than expected. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the small design details create such a heartwarming feeling. We would definitely come back if we have the opportunity and truly recommend this place to everyone!
Such a great place deserves bedding made from natural materials, such as cotton or linen. The polyester bedding felt a little out of place in such a beautiful and thoughtfully designed place. Nevertheless, it’s still an excellent place to stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

Updated to mid-2020s from original Soviet-era concrete building. Really a treat to stay in such a structure that’s been updated. Great instructions to get into the unit.
No AC, but unit is on the ‘cool’ side of the building. I was there in August and by 8pm or so, the unit really cooled down.

It was very clean, near the grocery shops and there was a free parking place in front of the building. Owner gave clear instructions and check-in was extremely smooth. We were very happy with everything.
