Patiko vieta, labai patogios lovos, restorane labai skanus maistas, ir labai paslaugios padavėjos, ypač Gintarė, kuri stengėsi padėti mums sprendžiant nesklandumus susijusius su viešnage viešbutyje.
Nepatiko viešbučio vadovė, kuri iškilus nesklandumams net neatsiprašė. Atvykus nebuvo interneto ryšio, neveikė televizija, teko sugaišti nemažai laiko, kol klausimas buvo išspręstas. Neveikė rankinis dušas, vanduo vos bėgo, tai karštas, tai šaltas.

Labai džiaugiuosi tokia vieta Kupiškyje. Maloniai nustebino ir aplinka, ir personalas. Užsakiau keturvietį liuksą, jame radome visko, ko reikia - nuo šlepečių, rankšluosčių, higienos reikmenų, iki tikrai kokybiškų čiužinių, arbatos/kavos, net rūšiavimui pritaikytų šiukšliadėžių. Virtuvėle šįkart nepasinaudojome, bet atvykus ilgėliau, tikrai būtų verta pasinaudoti, juolab kai prekybos centras visai šalia. Personalas noriai pasirūpino mūsų pusryčiais net ir ankstesnį ryto metą.
Nėra priekaištų.
