The bed was really comfortable, the shower was ample and the water pressure was good. The toilet was pretty cool. There were different types of chairs and all were suitable and comfortable for different purposes. It was also nice to have a vacuum cleaner at hand and the closet was wide and with different storage elements. The washing machine was useful to have, but it would be nice to have a guide on how to use it. It was easy to access to the accommodation and it felt quite private as you could not hear any noise. Good location with different services nearby including a supermarket, restaurants and the subway

There were no pans to cook in the kitchen so it limits the ability to use in its full potential. Also, there was no place to hang the towels, we had to use the back of the chairs.

Definitely a value for money place. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. The bed was comfy and great for a good night's rest. Comes with small kitchenette, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer. Really all the things I look out for when choosing an accommodation during my travels. Its near Lotte Mart for your supermarket needs, with Daiso Korea & Olive Young super nearby too. Super near the Garak Market metro station for access to public transportation

The location at Garak Market is far from popular tourist areas such as Myeongdong and Gyeongbokgung palace. But as long as you know how to navigate around using their public transport, it really isn't difficult to get around. Just takes a longer journey but I use that time to look around areas that isn't as touristy too. Very unlucky for me to be assigned with an apartment where the shower area keeps flooding. Heard from the office staff that it only affects my particular unit and it actually needs to be cleaned every 1-2 days. I stayed for 8 nights and I was there for conference. so I didnt have time to ask for water drainage help. I think this unit should be reserved only shorter term stays, not for 8 nights like mine. Also, do note that there are minimal toiletries and amenities. We checked in with a half roll of toilet paper left and had to buy more. Am not complaining as I think the stay was already super value for money but it's just good for others to note that you would need to bring your own amenities.
