Loved how close it is in the city, the property is really nice

Nice house, full kitchen, two bedrooms, comfy, clean, lots of yard space with patio furniture front and back and a carport. Just a few blocks from the IGA and several shops and restaurants (try Whalebone Brewery for thin crust pizza and burgers and Froth for ribs and great pub food!), 30 minutes from airport, and close enough to Camp Range National Park and the Ningaloo reef for the area’s great snorkeling (although the March ‘26 cyclone Narelle still has the water a bit churned up as of May) — and of course the awesome whale shark tours. Very attentive and friendly property manager.
It’s an older home and weirdly has the toilet up front (off the kitchen) but the sink and shower in back. So you have to walk to another room to wash up. Odd. WiFi is spotty. Hopefully the manager will address that with the internet provider. Typical in AUS, there’s a washing machine but no dryer. So leave time for line drying if you do a wash. And no dishwasher.

Cosy, clean and a good location.
The bed of main bedroom was extremely uncomfortable, not a spring mattress and slanted on one side so you slip off.
