Location. Three bedrooms. Full kitchen. Washer/dryer in apartment. Good natural light in living area. Excellent communication. Parking across the street.
Kitchen lacking under counter lights. Open walls between two bedrooms and common space;could hear each other. Needed a deep cleaning. We still really enjoyed our stay.

The person in the lobby was alway very supportive and helpful. He showed us around to the amenities and was always available for questions.
There are no complaints.

Great location close to the El and a quick walk to the Bean.
It was exceptionally clean and the property manager was on site and greeted us with a friendly affect.
