It was well-located to everything that we wanted to do. The room was small, but it was comfortable. The whole place was very clean. The coffee was good and it was excellent to have access to the kitchen to prepare food. The owners were kind and helpful.
Since the bathroom was shared, it would have been helpful to have a mirror in the room as well as hooks to hang towels on. The bathtub should have a plastic mat to prevent slipping. Furthermore, there should be a shower grip bar to hold onto when getting in or out of the bathtub. On a final note, I could hear the people in the room next to ours as the walls are thin.

Room was in a newer house. Coffee and tea available as well as a fridge and microwave and cutlery and dishes. You have access to the kitchen and tv room.
The room was small, but had a nice sized closet with shelves. A bit inconvenient if you needed to use the washroom in the night. You have to go out into the hallway, as the bathroom is shared with others. The room had its own thermostat, but the rest of the house was kept very cool.
