G11 Carpi

G11 is a beautiful and welcoming, very large open-space flat right in the centre of Carpi and a stone's throw away from shops, places of interest, cafés and restaurants. It's located on the ground floor and this is such a blessing if you travel with a heavy and bulky piece of luggage, like I do. Don't let the ground floor location worry you, though: there's a thick, sturdy reinforced door and the two big windows are super secure and guarantee maximum privacy. Air conditioning is available (a must, if you visit Carpi in spring/summer time. The flat's original architectural features clearly define a day/living area and a night one. The furniture and the whole environment are as stylish as they are convenient: huge, comfy corner sofa, massive TV screens, kitchen corner equipped with a powerful fridge, 2 small stove tops, kettle, pots, pans, cutlery etc. And a proper table with chairs, so that you can eat comfortably and not having to balance plates of food on your knees. In the night area you'll find a comfy double bed an a huge floor-to-ceiling wardrobe. Plenty of space to move around and plenty of storage space. Lots of wall sockets, too, in different areas in the flat. The bathroom is also good, with a lovely powerful shower, a bidet, a hairdryer and some toiletries. Upon arrival I had the pleasure to be met by Monica (the owner) who is such a lovely, friendly and warm person. She always responded promptly to WhatsApp messages and arrived quickly in person at the flat when her presence was needed. The photos perfectly depict the flat, but it's even bigger than it looks. .

The one thing I need to warn about if, unlike me, you're NOT travelling solo is that there's no door to the bathroom

La comunicazione è stata essenziale e precisa, e le poche richieste che ho fatto hanno trovato subito una risposta e anche esaustiva, per cui tutto eccellente.

Onestamente nulla da segnalare poichè l'annuncio rispecchiava esattamente cosa avrei trovato. Pertanto è stato coerente ed affidabile e quindi tutto ok.
