When we arrived at check in time, after a 6hour car journey, we couldn’t gain entry. After half an hour of ringing the bell and trying over and over, to call the number on the booking, the cleaner eventually came down and told us the apartment wasn’t ready and we would have to wait another hour. Once we finally got in, we discovered the tiny tv that’s balanced on a small table, was actually broken. I contacted the management about this but they did nothing about it as it was the weekend. I don’t understand why they provide ‘emergency’ contact details, to only then be told that the number isn’t manned over the weekend. The only way I was able to contact anyone, was eventually via message on this app. My little lad needed the toilet when we got into the property, but had to wait and walk to the shop with me. Whilst it is a self catering booking, I would expect to be provided with toilet roll as a minimum.
