Imperial Jade V7 - Villa Irida in Protaras

Very clean and everything worked properly

A good, Honest, Genuine holiday rental property. I say this because we were struggling to find a property to stay for our holiday after various other rental platforms let us down.. We found this property at this last minute.. Chara was communicative, receptive and can be relied upon to be contactable when making the booking and also whilst at the property.. The water filter on the pool stopped working one morning and so after one message to the host, the pool maintenance man was back round within an hour and all sorted :-) The Villa is in a great location for Protaras Center and also Pernera, both of which are easily walkable.. So I would describe it as getting two resorts / Beaches etc for the price of one.. if you rent a car, you also have the entirety of the Famagusta / Paralimni area at your fingertips.

The only slight negative aspect is that there are some new villas being built across the road, but all in the name of improvement, I think by next season (2027) They will be completed and will look great and enhance the area.. so no Complaints from us in this regard
