أسلوب موظفة الاستقبال ( أشواق الشمري) في التواصل غير احترافي وتفتقر لأسلوب الاحترام في الحديث مع الساكنين، كما أن طريقة الاتصال والتعامل كانت غير لائقة وتسببت بالإزعاج. أتمنى من الإدارة التفاهم معها ومحاسبتها على هذا الأسلوب غير اللائق والاهتمام بخدمة السكان بشكل أفضل.
