Fantastic location. Literally on the road that takes you to the beach entrance- it’s 2 mins walk to the beach ( the beach is soft sand, lovely and not busy) Beach bar,cafe, paddleboard and pedlo hire very near to the beach entrance. Lifeguards present. There is campsites with their facilities of shops, bar and restaurant either side of the road. Bike hire at the end of the road - 2 mins walk. A free bus into the town - 2 mins walk. Fantastic cycle paths on the doorstep. Canoe hire 35 mins cycle ride away lovely river side paths. The house has great electric shutterings so you can sit in the shade if you want to or not and to keep the house cool. The rear garden is completely enclosed, secluded and secure. There is a big outdoor table for outdoor games or eating. Good amount of and selection of kitchen and dining equipment. Plenty of hot water and good showers. Has few staple food items of sugar, hi pasta and spices. Comfortable sofa. Has a key safe for flexible arrival time after 4pm. Bedrooms, kitchen, dinning room, lobby and bathrooms are downstairs - so if someone in your group struggles with stairs as long as they can manage 1 step which is between kitchen and dining room they should be okay unless needing the lounge. The lounge &TV is upstairs- we didn’t need this as downstairs was plenty for us. The concierge is excellent. The communication is excellent.

There is outdoor upright dining chairs but it needs some reclining sun beds to rest on. Did not have a welcome pack that we feel we are used to in other properties such as there was no welcome milk, tea bags, cake etc. Only enough toilet roll to last 1 day. Glass recycling is at the end of the road (we are spoiled in England it gets collected from our home) If booking through booking.com the price is not the final price- after booking there is additional costs for towels Euro 9 per person and Euro150 for cleaning. (not the property - but to be aware of for a family of 4 the bike hire deposit is a £1000 paid in front and needs a physical card not your phone)
