Beautiful and clean room and friendly staffs.

We had a great stay. The host is attentive and easy to communicate with.

I loved the location with its proximity to MOA and to Manila Bay. The bed is comfortable and the ac works well. The floors appeared to be clean.

When I arrived, the apartment had a strong chemical smell, which was explained as a bug spray treatment. The odour abated over time. Some parts of the apartment were quite clean but the bathroom sink was grimy and could do with a thorough clean with a cream cleanser. The sink does not drain well and it regurgitated small pieces of orange coloured fragments that looked like someone had vomited into the sink after eating carrots. No idea what it was, but it grossed me out. The kitchen sink and the bathroom sink run only cold water. I was told this might be typical in this country? My ration of one small toilet roll was inadequate for a four-day stay. Fortunately, I had the foresight to carry an additional roll with me. The power points were limited in number and couldn't hold on to an international adapter and then a plug, often falling out of the wall. The bathroom one works best.

The location is very close to the MOA

The room needs to be cleaned a bit better and better painted. It's outdated.
