The property is in a convenient location, about a 5-10 minute walk to the entrance of Okada. It is on the same level as the pool and offers a nice view of the pool from the unit. The unit itself is spacious and includes a proper kitchen. The air conditioning works well and keeps the space cool. There are two bedrooms with cabinets, and the bathrooms are clean. The unit also has a large windows with a clear view of the pool. The elevator is fast, and free parking is available.

The property was not properly cleaned. The indoor floor, carpet, and sofa were dirty, and the outdoor floor and seating area were also very dirty. Even the TV screen was dirty. I had to call/message multiple times before the cleaner arrived, and when he did, he only cleaned the floor using water. The carpet had many stains, the massage chair was dusty, and there was a lot of dirt under the sofa (which I noticed since it is a sofa bed). There was also no extra pillowcase provided. Additionally, the bed was very uncomfortable. It was extremely hard, and I was not able to sleep well. It felt like it only had springs with a thin layer of padding or a topper, and it needs a proper mattress.
