    这次入住体验非常满意。我的房间被升级了，空间非常宽敞舒适，住起来很放松。酒店的保安措施也做得很好，让人感觉安心。电视节目频道选择丰富，休息时不会无聊。浴室采用干湿分离设计，整体干净整洁，也提供热水壶、冷热饮水机，以及咖啡和茶包，细节贴心。 地点方面非常方便，距离宜兰火车站很近，酒店后面就是夜市，周围还有许多餐饮店和便利商店，生活机能很好。酒店楼下就是商场，还有娱乐及健身中心等设施，非常便利。 另外，负责人很好商量，服务态度亲切友善，让人感觉宾至如归。整体来说是一次愉快的住宿体验，下次还会再入住。

    My mother and I stayed for 3 nights in a double room. The location is very good as it’s less than 1km from Yilan Train Station, very close to the night market and with many good restaurants nearby. The price of our stay was really reasonable and affordable yet we were given a free upgrade to a bigger room with floor to ceiling windows which has a nice view of the city. Although the room was dated, it was relatively clean and our stay was comfortable. What really stood out was the outstanding and exceptional customer service that we have experienced! My mother had accidentally left her spectacles in the hotel room after we have checked out and arrived in Hualien which was more than 2 hours drive away. I have contacted the staff via Agoda and he/ she was very responsive, kind and helpful. He/ she tried to arrange for fast parcel delivery of the spectacles but the delivery company couldn’t guarantee to delivery on time as we travelling to Taitung in about 1.5 days later. In the end, one of the hotel staff drove and delivered the spectacles personally to the hotel which I stayed in Hualien without any charge/ fee even though I wanted to pay for it. The round trip probably took 4.5 to 5 hours and I was extremely impressed by such kindness and exceptional customer service which went beyond the extra miles to help the hotel customer, even after check-out! I will definitely stay in this hotel if I ever visit Yilan again in the future. I’m really grateful for the help and kindness from the hotel staff and will strongly recommend this hotel!
