The apartment was spotlessly clean, well designed, and beautiful. The kitchen had all the necessary things. There was also washing fluid for the washing machine and it had a really practical clothes drying setup in the bathroom. The AC was super fancy and new. Everything seemed quite new, actually. The apartment was very quiet and peaceful. There's a konbini right around the corner, which was great. Apart from walking to the station, it's quite easy to get to the rest of Osaka.
The location is a 10 minute walk from the nearest stations (the station beside it is a local train that runs every half hour or so and doesn't connect to the rest of the system AFAIK) and the area is a little bit uncomfortable, though I felt quite safe.
