Apartment comfortable, kitchen good.

No free tv - had to fuss with my own apps and it is a bother to install and uninstall. Also, the lockbox was on the side of the building, not right at the front door and I had to call the owner to figure it out.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Põltsamaa. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was peaceful and convenient, making it easy to explore the area.

The apartment itself was very nice, clean, and well equipped. The location is convenient and check-in was easy.

The only major downside was the noise at night, especially on Saturday night from a venue across the street. We could hear heavy bass and party noises until 4am. Kept waking up our 3 yr old.
