Es una casa un tanto “curiosa” por la distribución que tiene, supongo que es su encanto. Tiene 3 plantas distribuidas: 1 salón y baño, 2 dormitorio (aire acondicionado en esta) y 3 la cocina con la terraza que se ve en fotos. Para cualquier cosa que quieras hacer tienes que subir y bajar escaleras, para un par de días está muy bien pero más no lo veo muy funcional.
La zona donde está, es típica barriada de Vélez y justo la calle donde está situada la casa son vecinos tranquilos pero las siguientes y alrededor suele haber vida por la noche y no muy agradable. El lunes de madrugada vinieron una niñas de por allí que estaban vendiendo pulseras y al otro día de madrugada había una familia peleando justo al lado de la puerta. Puedes aparcar cerca pero es todo cuesta y escalones si es una persona mayor o con problemas de movilidad no la recomiendo.
