Le personnel était très gentil et attentionné. Ils nous ont même envoyé un programme avec des activités et recommandations à faire à Sintra, ce qui était très appréciable. Le logement était propre, tous les équipements nécessaires étaient disponibles et nous n’avons eu aucun problème avec les espaces communs et partagés.
Le logement est un peu éloigné du centre, même si cela reste accessible à pied en environ 20 à 25 minutes. Il manque aussi un miroir dans la chambre ainsi que quelques équipements supplémentaires.
