Directly downstairs there is a truly first-rate bakery cafe with excellent sweet and savory choices, plus another place two doors down that makes good acas bowls. The apartment is roomy, cheery and spotlessly clean. The front bedroom has a beautiful ocean view, and there is a porch/deck off of the kitchen with table and chairs that has a different view of the water. We were attending a wedding at the Nantucket Beach resort, and this was right across the street. We received clear helpful instructions from the owner.
The stairway up to the apartment is not in great shape, but the apartment itself is great.
