Villa moderne avec piscine à 200m de la mer

This villa is the perfect place for a family in Les Lecques. A short walk to the bakery and shops. 3 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Private parking for 4 cars and a great entertaining/pool space. This villa exceeded our expectations completely. Its light and spacious, very modern and yet homely. There is a large dining area with seats for 8, full kitchen with pantry and laundry. Aircon in yhe living room, 2 of the 3 bedrooms but the one without has a good fan and is very cool naturally so this wasn't an issue. A full family bathroom and 2 separate toilets, plus an ensuite shower and sink in the master bedroom. The outdoor dining space seats 10 by the flattop gas bbq and a further table by the pool seating 10, plus sofas. This is well kept and tidy so easy to maintain. The pool is a salt chlorine mix and stayed pretty warm in the weeks we stayed (August). Very clean and has a handrail ant steps to enter which really helped with children. The host also provided pool cleaning equipment if needed. The living room and bedrooms all had tvs with digital tv, netflix, amazon etc. Great for kids after a day at the beach. The host was easy to contact and very quick to respond and helpful.

Very niche but with small children, the spiral staircase proved tricky to keep them off! Nothing that affected ourbstay though.

The house is gorgeous in every sense of the word. It is exceptionally well equipped with everything needed to cook, entertain, and enjoy your stay. The tasteful décor adds to the overall experience and makes the property feel truly special. The beach and the main village, including the weekly farmers' market, are both within easy walking distance.

The only challenge we encountered was maintaining the pool, as none of us were familiar with pool maintenance. A little more support or guidance would have been helpful. Overall, however, we had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
