Hotel Grand Pacific

Wow! This was a really great experience and exceptional value for the price. The staff were amazing, very attentive and helpful and went so far above-and-beyond to help me have a great experience from the moment I arrived until I left. The one manager in particular paid special attention to help me, thank you so much! The hotel itself is brand new, so it's in excellent condition and comfortable and modern. Also a very good location and felt very safe. Definitely recommend.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The reception was very responsive and the toom service was very good. Great hotel and spa. Well done.

The only thing I didnt like was the en suite toilet was too close the wall opposite, so it was a squeeze to sit on the toilet.

Breakfast Items were insufficient and not enough testy. We found the same restaurant provide very delicious food during Lunch and Dinner. It means, the Hotel didn't pay enough effort and budget on the complimentary Breakfast. Its bad. The Dining hall is fantastic and wide space, we liked it. The Hotel Location is good and not very far from the beach.

Room become fully moisture and wet everyday. It damaged our papers and electronics. The Early check in and late Check out charge is high. Swimming Pool is small, there should be a Jacuzzi Pool here.

Staff are friendly, and location is good

Rooms are not that clean, water from the shower also carried a strange smell. Beds are really uncomfortable. Not massively worth it for the price, although not sure there are many other good options.
