The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great and the kitchenette was well equipped with the necessities. The building was located in a very agreeable neighbourhood with easy access to a range of services (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, laundromats, bakeries, courier services, printing & copying services, parks, bus routes, and bike path).
The building was still a work site when I stayed there (July 2026), so there were some minor inconveniences associated with this.

Un lugar muy cómodo y sencillo. En un punto con mucho acceso a diferentes lugares y concurrido.
Aún están en obras el resto de edificio, por lo que hay ruido y polvo. Deben estar un poco más atentos a las fechas para evitar inconvenientes.
