You will enjoy the exceptional view, comfort, kitchen and terrace. My property is ideal for families (with children) and can accommodate up to 4 people.
It consists of 1 bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, balcony and terrace with sea views.
Guests have private parking.

Questo è un appartamento moderno, ben attrezzato e pulito con una bella vista. È ben posizionato. Simona, la rappresentante, è stata molto disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno e saremmo felici di tornare qui di nuovo.

Man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. In dem Ort findet man alles was man braucht.
Wohnung war sauber hatte alles außer einen Dosenöffner. Sonst wirklich topp ausgestattet. Matratzen sind sehr hart.
Das negative war das WLAN, es wurde sich zwar versucht darum zu kümmern aber es ist immer wieder ausgefallen.
Was auch schade war, an einem Tag waren Wartungsarbeiten im Wasserwerk und da wurde das Wasser im ganzen Ort für 24 Stunden abgestellt. Wir haben das erst morgens gemerkt und daraufhin bekommen wir von Der Agentur nur kurz eine Info aber wir wurden auch nicht informiert das unten im Dorf jemand steht der alle mit Wasserversorgt.
Das wahr sehr schade.

Appartamento molto carino, come da descrizione, all'ultimo piano con una splendida vista mare. Ben accessoriato, non manca nulla. Se posso dare un consiglio, servirebbe una tenda da sole in terrazza in quanto, nonostante ci sia un ombrellone, non si è riparati dal sole che arriva tutto in cucina attraverso la finestra (quando sei in casa per ripararsi bisogna tirare il tendone interno oscurante della cucina ma così non hai la possibilità di vedere il bellissimo panorama). All'arrivo siamo stati accolti da Simona, molto gentile e disponibile e si può chiamare per ogni necessità. Purtroppo c'è stato un piccolo intoppo, non dipeso dalla proprietà ma dal clima, e in casa c'erano formiche (per questo Simona ci ha portato i prodotti per eliminarle) e un nido di api nel climatizzatore...magari la prossima volta sarebbe meglio provvedere a controllare e/o disinfestare la casa prima dell'arrivo dei clienti per evitare spiacevoli sorprese. A causa di questo intoppo, ho chiesto di poter avere almeno uno sconto sul costo della biancheria che abbiamo pagato a parte come extra (€ 30 per due persone, avrei gradito almeno avere un cambio per poter cambiare le lenzuola o il salviettone da bagno, anche se in casa c'è la lavatrice non era fattibile lavarle senza avere una scorta), mi è stato concesso solo € 10 di sconto, si poteva fare di meglio. In ogni caso consiglierei l'appartamento e se dovessi ritornare a Lu Bagnu tornerei qui.
