Being on the 8th floor, the balcony was quite nice.
The water bottles and mini cookie bags were appreciated.
The key was difficult and awkward to retrieve from the bottom of the bush! The numbers were very hard to see.
Double bed was made up but not the sofa bed as promised in the “Managed by Ambre et Filipe” section. Opening up the sofa bed released a cigarette butt and a tablespoon of crumbs!
Also, those on foot have to walk and take the tram for a total of 35 minutes to get to the airport. Even by car it takes 15 minutes not 9 as you advertised.
