l'emplacement, situation calme sur les hauteurs de Vouliagmeni, superbe vue mer, grand balcon, équipement complet de l'appartement, restaurants, supermarché, très belle plage aménagée, parc pour enfant, le tout dans un rayon de 400-500m Bus et taxi pour se rendre à Athènes . Disponibilité de Fabio pour toute demande, nous à accueillit lors de l'arrivée pour la remise des clefs. Bouteilles eau et vin dans le frigo, climatisation active également. les photos du site correspondent bien. bon à savoir la rue est très en pente pour accéder à la résidence.

Расположение отличное. Чисто. Но немного крутой спуск к морю. Красивый вид с балкона. На кухне был минимум необходимых предметов и достаточно средства для гигиены. В ванной все для стирки. Балкон просторный , с видом на бухту, и вечерами очень удобно проводить там время. Хозяин Фабио, внимательный, был все время на связи. Рекоменду тем, кто хочет провести качественный и элитный отдых на морском берегу. Пляж близко. Платный. Недорого. Вода прозрачная. Есть места и для бесплатного купания. Тоже вариант для романтического времяпровождения. Еще рядом озеро. Стоит посетить. До Афин 1 час езды. Транспорт удобный. Купите заранее проездной , хотя транспорт один из самых дешевых в Европе.

Крутой спуск к морю. Но для молодых это не проблема.

My girlfriend and I have spend 4 nights in this apartment and we really enjoyed it. First of all, the apartment is well pisitioned with a walking distance from 5 min to several restaurants, cafes, bakeries and 10 min to different beaches, lake Vouliagmeni and grocery stores. Secondly, the beautiful balcony is perfect for a sunny breakfast or to hang out in the evening and to enjoy the sea view. And last but not least, Fabio provided us with several recommandations for restaurants, beaches etc. and welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine. We really enjoyed our stay and can recommand this apartment if you are searching for a affortable apartment that is quiet and has a balcony with sea view.
