Good location, the housing was good, we had everything we needed.
The check in was supposed to be at 3PM, but it was at 4PM. Main issue I think was that I communicated directly before my arrival that I would arrive at like 12PM, but it was understood that I would arrive at midnight. Also we got told we would have wi-fi, the modem was missing and we were told that we would have it in the morning, it never arrived, but for a short stay it wasn't a problem.

non era prevista la colazione
mancava un bagno schiuma
lo scarico del wc non perfettamente funzionante (non veniva una quantità d'acqua sufficiente a pulire bene)
la tv di camera non funzionante (cavo antenna troppo corto)
