The hotel was great value for money and well located right near the historic centre of Sivas. Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast was especially good value.
The walls are very thin and there was a lot of noise from the rooftops where there was partying both nights I was there. I could even hear the lift, its very loud and was making noise throughout the night.

Propreté douteuse, linge de toilette fatigué, cuve des toilettes impropre, balayette inadaptée, siège toilette fatigué. Vitres sales. Pas de cintres, salle à manger lugubre, absence de musique ou tv, petit déjeuner médiocre, gobelet en carton pour du café soluble. Connexion internet désastreuse. Pas inspirée pour visiter le spa. Arbustes extérieurs pour décorer l’entrée de l’hôtel en fin de vie. Hôtel vieillissant qui perd son potentiel.
