The location in a very quiet neighborhood was ideal for my stay in Da Nang. Taking the time to explore this residential neighborhood was a great experience for me. There are many fine restaurants in the area and particularly enjoyed the Brilliant Restaurant about a 3-minute walk from the TMH House. My room included a washing machine which was convenient, as normally I would use a local business for those needs.
The room comfort was in line with the value. There was nothing that I didn't like about my stay.

Fußläufig gibt es alles was man benötigt. Von Restaurants über Shops bis hin zur Massage und Handyshops alles da. Im Apartment kann man auch Mopeds ausleihen, was ich sehr praktisch fand.

Great location, easy access to nightlife and the beach. Room was large , solid WIFI on the 6th floor, motor bike rental. A little confusion on the name when you access on google maps.
I was asked to pay in cash and the listing says pay when you arrive and they don´t accept cash. When I pay cash I like to get a receipt, so I took a photo with the person in charge and the cash on the table.

The place has good WiFi. Good desk and office chair in the room i had.
The little restaurant to the side of the entrance was very good for coffee, tea, and breakfast and the lady that run it was very nice.
Check-in and the payment system were hopeless, i didn'tfeel welcome at all.
Most front desk staff don't acknowledge your presence and don't even return a hello. The place is very dated and needs proper maintenance. Electrical issues and handles falling off shower doors. The bed and sheets were terrible. I was booked in for 9 days, and the room wasn't cleaned once, and it wasn't very clean to begin with.
