Największym atutem obiektu jest jego położenie w bardzo spokojnej i cichej okolicy. Za oknem widok na rzekę, a przy niej podziwiać było można konie oraz dzikie zwierzęta. Dziecko bawiące się na placu zabaw było tym zachwycone. Aneks kuchenny wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba. Duża sypialnia, bez problemu można wstawić dwa łóżeczka dziecięce.
Apartament miał niestety kilka usterek: cieknący syfon w aneksie kuchennym, zepsuty uchwyt prysznicowy oraz rolki od kabiny prysznicowej, wyrwane gniazdko elektryczne. Spod listwy przypodłogowej wylęgały się jakieś mrówki (problem ewidentnie istniał już wcześniej ponieważ listwa ta nie była zamontowana na stałe). W pilocie od tv, zegarze, oraz lampkach dekoracyjnych były stare - rozlane baterie. To niby mankamenty ale mają wpływ na ogólną ocenę. Opłata za łóżeczko dziecięce w cenie 50 zł na dobę to trochę zbyt dużo.
