Eiffel Tower fully renovated 2026 apt with AC

The condo is beautifully renovated, clean and has everything you need for comfortable stay. Air conditioning was such a treat during our stay as it was hot and humid outside. Location was amazing with lots of cafes and places to eat.

We didn’t quite know what to expect since this is a new listing, but the stay turned out to be a fantastic surprise. The photos on the listing don't do the place justice it's so much nicer in person. It really felt like stepping into one of those movies about Paris. The apartment is beautifully renovated, with a modern design and everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It’s clearly been done with great attention to detail, and the air conditioning is a huge plus, especially in Paris, where it’s not always common. The location is unbeatable: a short walk takes you to the Eiffel Tower, and the neighborhood itself is safe, lively, and full of charming cafés and restaurants perfect for a romantic getaway.. We also really appreciated how responsive and helpful Alex was throughout our stay, sharing great local recommendations that made the experience even better. All in all, it was exactly what we were hoping for a stylish place in a prime location and we’d happily stay again.

Honestly, I can't find a single negative thing to say. The place went above and beyond our expectations, with so many thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcomed and special.

Super séjour dans l’appartement de Flora et Alexandre. Le logement a été récemment entièrement rénové et le résultat est spectaculaire. Design très contemporain particulièrement réussi avec des matériaux haut de gamme et très tendance. Magnifique cuisine avec crédence en miroir d'un meilleur effet . Excellente qualité de couchage. Habitués des séjours en location courte durée, nous sommes rarement tombés sur un appartement offrant de si belles prestations. Et que dire de l’environnement immédiat du logement qui se situe véritablement à 150 m de la Tour Eiffel et à proximité immédiate des départs de bateaux sur la Seine. On ne pouvait rêver d’un meilleur emplacement pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour parisien. Nous avons donc été plus que ravis de notre séjour dans cet appartement et le recommandons vivement à tous les voyageurs exigeants qui comme nous, recherchent de belles locations. Seul petit regret, celui de quitter les lieux….mais nous reviendrons-:)
