For once, the word “Luxury” in the name is fully justified. We were genuinely impressed, the room exceeded our expectations and felt much more like a high-quality hotel room than a typical apartment. Everything was very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. Besides all the appliances you would normally expect, there were also some really nice surprises, such as a washing machine and even a record player! You can really tell they paid attention to the details.
The only potential downside is the location if your main priority is being close to the beach. It is not really within walking distance, so having a car is definitely helpful. On the other hand, the location is actually very convenient if you plan to drive to Thessaloniki or explore other places nearby, since the property is right at the entrance to Perea and very easy to access.

Apartman je potpuno nov, funkcionalan i veoma dobro opremljen. Dva televizora u obe sobe, odlična kuhinja sa svom opremom, odlična klima, naravno uključena u cenu. Internet perfektan. Domaćin je veoma ljubazan i uslužan.
Kupatilo je novo i lepo opremljeno, ali deo za tuširanje je loše urađen tako da je poplava posle svakog tuširanja neizbežna jer odvod nije dobro urađen.
