The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. Just need a squigy in the bathroom to clean up after a shower. The (downstairs) room had it's own kettle and mini corner sink to do ones hands and teeth.
Lots of restaurants nearby.
It was quiet. Bed was comfy for us.
The owner does answer the phone.
The address is wrong:- it is not on Plender street
Correct address is Flat 15, Branscombe Building, College Place. This wasted time after a hot day travelling. See photo for entrance to 1st floor.
There was a broken window (to balcony) and no table to put items on.
The balcony needs a deep clean.

Perfect location, nice and close to multiple tube stations.
Nice & clean, good amenities. Bed was comfortable
Sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable, but sleep-able. Toilet/taps made a loud noise when used or flushed

L’emplacement proche de la gare et des transports. La taille de la chambre. La réactivité du propriétaire.
Le canapé et le fauteuil ainsi que les coussins étaient tachés. Les ustensils de cuisine et la vaisselle n’étaient pas propres. Pour 3 chambres, à notre arrivée il n’y avait qu’un demi rouleau de papier toilette.
