The host was lovely from start to finish and couldn't have been more helpful. She was very accommodating with an early check-in, communicated well throughout, and provided detailed instructions that made arrival and access very straightforward. The flat was clean, comfortable and in a good location for Bluewater.
I guess this was partly my own fault for not looking more closely at the photos before booking, but for a flat described as modern, I was surprised there wasn't a TV. The Wi-Fi also definitely needs some work, as it relied on a paid EE connection that was quite unreliable during my stay. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay.

Lovely flat, easily accessible, free parking. Amazing value for money and excellent host. Great communication - would definitely stay again.
The only downside is no wi-fi so used my phone as hot-spot. But apart from that, really happy and would definitely stay again. There was local EE wifi to pay for, but as I got there late, and was leaving early, I didn't really feel it was worth it.
