I loved the showers ,the smart tv the appliances & the location ,very nice place

Nothing I didn’t like

Lovely spacious room with all the amenities. A few minutes walk to the town centre, and the ferry to Portsmouth.

Lovely view of the marina, really easy check in & check out, super friendly staff, large room with plenty of space, great quality blinds and curtains.

The reception staff were excellent at checking in and very helpful and accommodating. Gave us a warm welcome. Rooms were very clean and looked lovely which lots of amenities (downfall was no instruction on how to use coffee machine, radiator etc.) Location was great, quiet and very scenic.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable (bunk beds were comfier then our bed) think it was two singles pushed together and advertised as a king size bed. Room was absolutely freezing! Couldn't figure out the radiator for a good hour. And took ages to heat up. Stopped at a certain temperature and didn't get hotter. No idea how to use the coffee machine. Our room was right next to the security office and security were not really welcoming, smiling or friend and felt like your being watched which I found quite odd. (Can understand the security but maybe have it off show) Not really much there or any instruction or direction if there was. (Perfect if a room is all you want)
