BlueWaves Apartment in Odyssey Pools SPA and Parking Resort

Het was een prachtig appartement! Alles was ontzettend schoon en netjes. Vanaf het balkon hadden we een mooi uitzicht op het zwembad en zelfs een klein stukje zee. De faciliteiten waren uitstekend. De airconditioning werkte perfect en was heerlijk koel. Zowel het binnen- als buitenzwembad waren geweldig. Het strand lag op slechts een minuut lopen; je hoefde alleen de straat uit te lopen. ’s Avonds was het heerlijk rustig, waardoor je echt kon ontspannen. Het bed lag erg comfortabel en alles in het appartement was gloednieuw. Ook de roomservice was uitstekend geregeld. Via de app kon je eenvoudig bestellen en je bestelling werd binnen no-time bezorgd. Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en zouden dit appartement zeker aanraden!

-Het doucheputje liep niet goed door, hiervoor zijn ze direct gekomen en hebben ze dit snel en netjes opgelost! -De koelkast klemt heel erg en de diepvries deed het niet ook dit is netjes opgelost! - Zwembad beneden daar moet je een tijdsvak voor reserveren . En het water in de jacuzzi was behoorlijk vies. -Massage is tegen betaling -Nieuwe handdoeken zijn tegen betaling!

Clean and well equipped apartment. New building with nice clean halls and stairs. The indoor pool and spa area is nice but can be used by reservation only and just one session of 2 hours per day, which was not communicated ahead of time.

Underground parking was a bonus, but the process of getting in and out of the garage is a hassle. On checkout we couldn’t leave the garage without scanning the token so after we’d already checked out we had to go back to the room, take the token to open the gate, drive the car out and find street parking then go back up to the room again to leave the token. None of this was communicated ahead of time until we called upon exit trying to get out. Not the end of the world but there’s got to be a better way. The other downside is the walk to the beach. We knew there would be distance, but the roads leading to the beach are in horrible condition. Dirt roads and full of trash, potholes, and mud made the walk pretty unpleasant. Going further to the paved road by Lidl is an option but that’s also in poor shape and crowded with parked cars and busy traffic. Not great for a stroller or small kids. I don’t deduct stars for this because it’s the infrastructure of the area not the fault of the apartment but it’s good for everyone to be aware before booking
