No breakfast included. But the accommodation was very upmarket and easily accessible. Parking was not included although both my wife and I believed it was. This is our fault for not checking. In RSA parking is always included.We believe that the mezzanine floor bedroom is not accurately described in the description of the residence and that Adults would find this third bedroom very cramped and unsuitable.However the furnishings, Decor and kitchen appliances exceptional. Overall we were content to stay here and would reccommend it to others.
