Home was clean, furniture and beds were comfortable. Additional amenities in garage not included in listing (bikes, inflatables etc)

Although the listing includes a/c, when we arrived we found a hand written note above the thermostat that there were limitations to its use. We needed to pull out all the fans stashed away in closets to keep the house comfortable. Back was not nearly as private as the pictures make it look, as it is right on a walking path and directly across from another row of homes. Although the walking path is a dead end, so it was relatively quiet. No window covering on sliding door, again a privacy issue at night. Additional window coverings would also be appreciated, as the bedrooms (especially at back of home) get very bright when the sun comes up. One of the twin bed frames felt like it was about to fall apart. The washer and dryer are also incredibly loud, and due to being located in the hallway near the kitchen without doors to damper sound, we had to plan laundry around when we were gone. Home would benefit from a binder or “home book”
