Cómodo, tiene lo necesario para dos personas y me lo entregaron limpio. La ducha y el agua en general sale muy bien, con buena temperatura y presión. En general todo está bastante bien y por el precio me parece que lo vale.
El mayor inconveniente es que la cocina es bastante incómoda, no solo por tener horno y hornallas eléctricas, sino porque en las mismas no podes cocinar dos cosas a la vez por falta de espacio. No hay olla como para hervir fideos y tal cómodamente, y el cuchillo de cortar está muy desafilado. Tampoco cuenta con calefacción y justo nos tocaron días muy frios.
