The appartment is beautiful, clean and perfectly located near Troya beach, restaurants and bars. The view from the balconies is amazing. Having two bathrooms is very rare in Tenerife and is very helpful. For sure I will come back.

We had a really enjoyable stay overall. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures – modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need, including a full kitchen and even some thoughtful welcome items like drinks. The highlight is definitely the balcony view – being on a high floor with a direct ocean view makes sunsets absolutely stunning.

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped for our stay. This is my 4th time staying at this complex and I will definitely be back. The area is full of restaurants and the beach is a short walk away.

L'appartement est de rêve. Il ressemble exactement aux photos. Tout est neuf et tout est parfaitement propre. La vue depuis les balcons est magnifique. On a pratiquement tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour parfait : ustensiles de cuisine, machine à laver le linge, grand réfrigérateur. La position de l'appartement est également vraiment au centre de la station Las Americas. Nous avons fait la plage à la plage de Troya qui est à 5 minutes à pied. Autour, il y a des restaurants, des magasins et des terrasses où l'on peut déjeuner ou dîner. Le petit déjeuner, nous l'avons pris dans un restaurant au rez-de-chaussée. À l'arrivée, le propriétaire nous a laissé une bouteille de champagne et de bière dans le réfrigérateur. C'était un geste sympathique.
