    its brand new condition. and prominent location easy to access to IT offices, needs few improvements: very limited breakfast options, they need to refill toiletries items before customer occupy the room, mandatory early check in charges are 800 plus taxes are high as everyone comes around 8 AM To check in.

    Staff is not helpful and we booked including breakfast but it’s not worth it. I won’t recommend this hotel. Very disappointed.

    I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding our recent stay at your property, which was highly disappointing due to several serious issues. First, there was no breakfast facility available. Additionally, Uber drivers requested double the standard charges to drop us off at the airport due to the location. Most importantly, we experienced a severe security issue. Instead of physical door locks, the rooms use a passcode system that is highly unreliable. Anyone can enter the password and access the room without permission. In fact, this happened to us at 1:00 AM, which was deeply unsettling. We are extremely disappointed with the management and the poor experience during our stay. Not recommded
