The house is comfortable and practical, fully equipped, and with an excellent location that allows you to enjoy the town of l'Escala and its coves easily. All the rooms are very luminous.
Semi-detached house of new construction (2006) with 72 m2 habitable and maximum capacity for 4 people.
Layout:
Ground floor: entrance hall, multipurpose room, washing machine room and a bathroom with shower.
First floor: equipped kitchen, living-dining room with air conditioning and small terrace with awning.
First floor: the 2 double bedrooms (double bed and bunk bed) and the bathroom with shower.
Third floor: attic and terrace with good views.
Cooling: It has air conditioning in the living-dining room and ceiling fans in the living-dining room and in the main bedroom.
There is no garage. There is a free public parking area 500 metres away.
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
