La struttura è una casa intera con giardino, vicinissima alla stazione di Piona. Ideale per trascorre un weekend o più giorni al Lago in una spiaggia più tranquilla rispetto a Colico, dove è possibile fare anche kayak e sup. La casa è nuova, molto spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort: tv, due divani, asciugacapelli, ventilatore, stoviglie, ecc.. Bagno nuovo molto spazioso. Molto utili anche le zanzariere!
La vicinanza alla stazione la rende comoda per chi viaggia in treno ma allo stesso tempo i treni che passano possono dar fastidio a chi non è abituato o ha il sonno leggero. La zona di Piona offre poche strutture come bar o ristoranti ma comunque essenziali per poco tempo (un ristorante, una pizzeria, un chiosco in spiaggia).

Wir haben grundsätzlich gut geschlafen, allerdings war es bei offener Tür leider extrem laut. Zudem gab es viele (auch fliegende) Ameisen, was den Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Wir hätten uns außerdem über eine kleine Grundausstattung wie einen Teebeutel oder eine Flasche Wasser gefreut – das ist man oft als Standard gewohnt.
keine Wasserflasche, kein Teebeutel, fliegende Ameisen, sehr laut. weit und breit nichts, man brauch ein Auto, Bahnhof in der Nähe (300 m Fussweg), wenig Züge halten

Die Unterkunft ist super großzügig (für 2 Personen) und gut ausgestattet. Alles, was man braucht, ist in der Nähe: Bäcker, Pizzeria, Strand am See und eine gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Trotzdem ist die Unterkunft gut. Empfehlung ist raus.
Lediglich die Umgebung ist manchmal etwas laut, vor allem die Motorradfahrer.
