The location is amazing. It is right near everything. And the building is new and the pool is great.

Couple of things I want to address but I want to start by saying if these improvements were made, I’d recommend the place and stay again. There are two bedrooms and two baths advertised. It’s really 1 1/2 and should be listed that way. Speaking of listing, the way it reads, it sounds like the pool and hot tub are just for the unit. It is not. It is shared with the whole building. It’s not a problem but friends of mine and I all read the description and thought “wow! My own pool!” It’s listed with free WiFi. There was very little toilet paper. 2 rolls for a week. I found some stashed away but felt like I wasn’t supposed to use it. Also, there’s a kitchen but no hand soap (anywhere in the place), no dish soap, sponges, broom, dish towels, laundry detergent, etc. Other rentals in the building had all of that. Who wants to buy it on vacation? Also, there’s pillow shams, but no pillows, it’s uncomfortable sleeping with a sham as the pillow. And the sheets and bedspread was stained. Very cheap linens. Also, I was locked out of the building one day, as were all the residents. I didn’t feel like the management of this apartment was helpful, and in general, wasn’t helpful. If all this got fixed (they are minor issues), it would be better. This place has massive potential.

Excellent apartment, great location. Very comfortable, loved the quiet pool and jacuzzi . Would definitely come back.

No hairdryer, the bedding.

The location was amazing and the rooftop area was a gem. One of the best restaurants in Puerto Vallarta was literally a block away. So safe and so much to do nearby. The hosts were incredibly accommodating to my needs, and we’re very quick at responding to my messages.

I wish the pool was a little bit bigger and the chairs were easier to walk across to get to the other side, but I did enjoy that rooftop area a whole lot. When I arrived, I didn’t see the numbers of the building on the outside, but was able to ask and find out from someone nearby
