Stylish alpine escape with deck hot tub grill fireplace & washer&dryer

The property is in a nice location. It is quiet and somewhat secluded. It was clean, the kitchen was well appointed with everything you need.

I would not stay at this property again however and here are the reasons why: - there is really only one bed that is comfortable. The master bedroom bed is good the other beds are completely unsleepable .. they are extremely hard and some are lumpy. -the internet is not reliable and management will tell you that it’s because it’s their is too much demand in the area. So don’t expect to watch anything on TV. - the hot tub is barely functional most jets don’t work and those that do are weak. - strange and annoying noise high pitched noise upstairs that will randomly sound .. it will wake up light sleepers. -the gas grill did not have propane although it was eventually replaced. The grill is rusted and really not usable.

There are many things to like. The inside of the property is lovely with many thoughtful details, such as blankets in living spaces and bluetooth speakers in the showers (and the showers were wonderful), nice shampoo/conditioner/bodywash provided, and plenty of towels of all sizes. The kitchen is very well stocked for guests who like to cook (with the only exception that the two diswasher pods were not quite enough for a three-night stay) and overall there are many items provided that maybe most people won't need but will come in very handy if the need arises (e.g., cocktail shaker, Ninja chopper, blender!). The beds are pretty comfy, the lighting is good, decor is nice, it's overall a very comfortable and relaxing environment. We really loved the inside and liked the location and would have been very happy with this stay if the hot tub hadn't been disgusting.

We chose this property over a less expensive option we were considering specifically because of the hot tub and the grill, both of which are highlighted in the description and we looked forward to using for a few days. However, we could not use either one. We went in the hot tub once, it smelled strongly of mildew, the water was full of white specks, and it made our skin itch intensely. The mildewy smell stuck to our skin even after showering twice with soap. The grill we could not use because it was missing its drip pan. We also could not use the range oven because it emitted a strong gassy smell that did not go away over time and were worried it could be a safety concern. We tried texting the hosts (were unable to log into site because did not have computer with us) and did not receive a response. Not being able to use the hot tub in particular was a huge disappointment because it was a primary reason we booked this stay. We have a cancer patient in the family and soaking in warm water helps them a lot. The front deck is really nice but would be better with cushions in the furnitur, not really a comfortable place to sit as it is.
