Clean, nice location, nice pool

The WiFi was an issue. The address not recognized. Starting chatting with booking.com a bit after 4. No great answers. Then stopped responding for a couple hours. Then they told me the property manager was notified and they would call me ASAP. Around 9 pm they suggested I try the password with other units showing on the address section. I was finally able to connect that way, but wasted several hours not being able to use my computer. I asked for direct calls several times and did not receive a call. I called explained the situation, waited an hour and called back. No resolve. Just “property manager had been contacted” I finally heard from the property manager via text at 10 am the next morning. Still no solution for that units address. Router located in a different unit. Offered financial compensation of some sort. Haven’t heard back from her or any compensation 👎🏻 Also tub drain makes a weird noise when toilet flushes, and the blocks under the bed are ready to tip over (discovered when trying to locate router) I would make sure WiFi was working and resolved before I EVER rented here again
