Centrally located studio with shared hot tub - walk to lifts & Main Street

We loved our stay at this Airbnb. The unit was newly renovated, very clean, and in an excellent location just off Park Street, making it easy to get into town and enjoy everything Park City has to offer. The hot tub was a great bonus after long days out, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. We appreciated having a full-size fridge and everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. The nearby dog park was another highlight. Our dog loved meeting other dogs there, and everyone we encountered was very friendly and welcoming. It was also convenient having outside parking available. The renovation was very nicely done overall, and we especially appreciated the large bathroom and generous closet space.

We really enjoyed the location of this Airbnb. It was convenient to town and very close to the trail system, which made it easy to get outside and explore. A few things future guests may want to know: the unit is directly across from the skate park and city park. During the summer there were children’s camps and activities there, so there was frequent kid and park noise during the day. While we were staying, the upstairs unit was also undergoing renovation. There was significant construction noise, including one full day of loud banging and workers throwing demolition materials from the second-floor balcony into a trailer parked right beside our car. As this is a lower unit, you can also hear normal foot traffic and movement from the unit above. We were also unable to control the temperature in the unit during our stay. There was a thermostat, but the buttons did not appear to actually change the temperature. We reached out to management about this and never received a response, so we were unsure whether the temperature was controlled by the upstairs owner’s unit. During the summer the space became quite warm, especially at night. We ended up opening windows and even exterior doors for airflow to cool the unit down, which some guests may not feel comfortable doing overnight. We personally felt okay given the area and low crime in Park City, but bugs did enter through the non-screened openings. For guests traveling with pets, there is no enclosed outdoor area on site. Guests are asked to take pets across the street to the park or to the nearby open dog park/open space area for bathroom breaks and exercise.
