Jon made contact before arrival. Check in instructions were easy to follow and accommodation was ready before check in time which was a bonus. Jon's home is outstanding. It has everything you could need and more. Jon is very responsive to any questions that arise during your stay. Was also offered late checkout. Overall amazing accommodation, amazing host, amazing location right overlooking the beautiful Carbis Bay. Will definitely return.
The only thing that could have been better was if our stay was longer than 4 nights.

Large comfortable flat with Superb views across Carbis Bay looking towards St Ives….. kitchen was well stocked with everything possible you might need & nice touches with binoculars/ telescope & beach provisions! Really comfortable bed in master suite…. Would happily return!
En suite is a little on the small side but perfectly adequate, whilst allocated parking is a very small/ tight space which large SUVs wouldn’t get into …..
