We have appreciated rather quiet neighborhood as well as clean and comfy bed (many apartments of such type have sofa instead of actual bed). Walking distance from train station is also a plus.
It would be great to have something to make coffee or tea for 2 persons, and also a few more hangers and 2 small towels in a bathroom. Bathroom door slider is also could be fixed to make a slide a bit easier - otherwise noise is disturbing sleep of partner at night Having some TV channels and wifi would also be nice otherwise I don't understand the purpose of having TV in the apartment
